		<description>I think in organisations trust plays an important role in building leadership.The leaders do not realise that trust is a vital factor.Instead,many of them indulge in actions which go against the spirit of an organisation.If you do not practice what you preach,then how can you evoke trust?If that is so,then how you can develop future leaders who can step into your shoes some time?I think  many organisations suffer from credibility crisis because the leadership is not able to inspire the staff through their trustworthy actions.The organisational crisis may be due to many factors,but one important factor which is underestimated is trust.At a time when general governance of a nation is handicapped by absence of trustworthy institutions due to which there is leadership crisis,in this scenario how can organisations develop effective leadership?Institutions specialising in trust must emerge so that they can offer scientific solutions.We still do not realise the significance of trust in building an organisation.In India the factor of trust in organisations is still a neglected field.Even the organisations who have succeeded do not analyse their success from the trust point of view.</description>
